Synopsis
In this first installment of the Trivia Night Mysteries series, Sara Keane—a fact-checker with a talent for trivia and a sharp instinct for uncovering inconsistencies—finds her orderly life disrupted when her friendly rival is found dead in a tavern parking lot following a heated competition. Though the town detective, who is also her mother’s boyfriend, urges Sara to stay away from the case, her curiosity and sense of justice draw her in. With help from Reid, the charming new lawyer next door, she untangles a widening web of suspects that includes jealous lovers, bitter business partners, and even members of her own trivia circle. As the clues stack up and danger closes in, Sara must rely on her intelligence and determination to expose the truth—before the killer targets her next.
